FAQ

Objection killers — answered straight

No chatbot. If your question isn't here, Michael covers it on the audit call.

Isn't this expensive?

The Starter ops app is free — CRM, invoices with HST, client portal. Paid plans start at $149/mo with the AI front desk, and setup is done for you on every paid plan. Hear the live demo before you commit. See pricing.

Who sets it up?

We do. Every paid plan includes done-for-you onboarding — we set you up so you can stay focused on the work that matters. Details on the pricing page.

What does setup cover?

Number and agent config, calendar + CRM wiring, and go-live testing — done with you, start to finish. Your part is one onboarding call and a test run.

I'm not technical.

You never touch the code. We handle build, testing, and handoff training.

What if it breaks?

We monitor and fix it. Critical issues: response within 4 business hours. Normal: within 24 hours. Hours Mon–Fri 9–6 — not fake 24/7.

Will it integrate with my current system?

We integrate with platforms we actually ship: Make, n8n, Google Workspace, Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, WordPress/WooCommerce — plus limited HubSpot, Shopify, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive. We don't pretend Salesforce/SAP/Oracle are standard.

How long does it take?

1–3 weeks for most automations after the audit and proposal. Full discovery → handoff is typically 3–4 weeks.

Can I get my data back?

Yes. Data portability is guaranteed — exports on request, no hostage software.

What happens after launch?

30-day support window, then a maintenance plan if you want ongoing monitoring and tweaks.

How do I cancel?

Clear policy: data handover and transition support. No hostage software.

Do I need to give you access to everything?

Yes for the systems in scope — but we scope it tightly. Least privilege, documented.

What if one of my tools changes?

We maintain the integration and flag breaking changes. On maintenance, we adapt.

Will it break my existing setup?

No — we build alongside your stack, not rip-and-replace on day one.

Do you test it before launch?

Yes — sandbox testing before go-live.

What about staff training?

Included at handoff.

What happens if a third-party API changes?

We monitor and adapt. That's part of why maintenance exists.
